I'm a freakin' big animal lover and I love them to death, especially elephants and dogs! Why must people be so jacked up and hurt them? It HORRIBLE and I hate it! What's ur responses peeps?

I'm a animal lover myself I have one cat and I love her so much. She has such a neat personality, with all her mannerism's. I honestly wish I could really understand why people can be so heartless maybe they lack a portion of their brains, and their IQ is that of a marshmellow(if a marshmellow had brains >_<,)
Basically it's hard to understand, especially when those you care are rational human beings trying to understand the irrational--stupid idiots out there.. It hurts me when I see bears mistreated a lot.. and all animals for that matter. When I go to the SPCA, here in Canada (animal protection center) to look at animals it hurts me to see them crying. When I went outside to look at the dogs caged in fenced in small spaces right next to the other I saw a doberman that was just like mine I had growing up crying in the cage.. I lost in and started crying.-- Cause in that cage I saw my old doberman..

One thing I do is NOT go to the circus. The poor elephants are so mistreated.
I am a avid dog lover and have 4 dogs. People abuse them because they have no conscience and would most likely abuse humans too.
Animal abusers are utterly disgusting.

I feel the exacted same... I think that they feel like it makes them way more powerful..
and it makes them feel better..

I wish I could just make them all stop..It just hurts me to see an animal get hurt or yelled at..
Yeah im sure they don't do everything you tell them to but there not suppose to know...
There just little/big animals....You know i was watching this thing on the news...Well a girl but a little baby puppie in a blender and you know...
well that made me cry for a very long time..and that hurt me...And you know you wish you could just but them in a blender....I just hate it when anything like that happens...
yeah sure they don't look cute but they are cute in their own way...and i pray for all the hurt animals everyday...OMG i just seen a dog that almost got ran over..just right now...oh thats soo sad...oh no....i have to go see who's dog this is

I agree with you!!!! I too dont understand why people mistreat animals, they are such beautiful creatures, the earth would be sooo empty without them.
If I just had the authority, I would go around to those people who mistreated and are mistreating animals and would do what they did to them!!!!

I think that people hurt animals because they either mad at someone or something and they just have a hard time dealing with stress! It really disgusts me too and i think that animals should be treated fairly just like others should treat each other with respect.

Its for the same reasons people mistreat spouses, children, strangers, etc. Usually, its a feeling of powerlessness from previous abuse: a "lashing out." Paradoxically, it can be a feeling of power over others as a form of assuring one's own security: feeling in charge.

Some people are just not brought up to respect living things. I agree with you, it really is horrible.
There's nothing more cowardly then hurting an innocent animal.
