before this happen i put in pga tiger woods and it asked me to change the format. I did do this but it turned off and this happen.
Any Suggestions?

When You Say 'Change Format', Do You Mean Format Your MemoryStick Duo? Unless Your MemoryStick Is Formatted, The PSP Will Not Allow You To Play Games Since It Is Required To Save Data..
If You Havn't Already, Go To The Settings On The PSP Home Menu Bar And Select System Settings, Then Go Down To 'Format MemoryStick'. Note That Any Data Already On The Stick Will Be Gone After Formatting..
