Go to START>CONTROL PANEL, click ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS, find and click on WINDOWS EXPLORER 7, click CHANGE/REMOVE.
This will revert your system back to IE-6.0

2. Click Add or Remove Programs
3. Click Show Updates checkbox
4. Click whatever version of IE7 you have. For example "Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview"
5. Click the Change/Remove button

Like the other posts said, you can simply uninstall it by going into Add/Remove programs. However, you need to make sure that you have the "Show Updates" box checked at the top in order to show the IE7 upgrade so you can uninstall it.
