You were right the first time. It is 35. Someone born on Jan. 19, 1974 can get elected President in 2008.

I do believe you're right with the 35 opinion. The youngest president was JFK and I think he might have been 38. I hope I'm not too far off in my thoughts.

35 is the youngest you can be. You also have to be a natural born citizen and have lived here at least 14 years.
