As in chasing someone here on YA? Maybe they are wanna be stalkers. If you mean in real life they may have an obsession with them and they may need a restraining order eventually. Is someone stalking you again?

Honestly, most people in the world, given the chance, will:
* freak out on complete strangers if they never have to meet them
* be rude if they don't have to be polite
* judge others as quickly as they can without second thoughts
It's negative, but I think it's true. It's why we have to work hard to maintain positive things in the world!!!
