Don't wear very loose dresses try to wear tight fitting dresses that suits ur size and change ur hair style.
Onething u should know nothing is their in appearance, try to improve ur confident

Believe in yourself and smile. You actually remind me of a boyfriend of mine from a few years ago. I think he's very attractive. More importantly, he was kind, considerate, thoughtful and made me laugh. We went our separate ways because we were at different phases in life, and I'm very glad to have had such a handsome gentleman in my past.
Again, believe in yourself. I know it sounds strange, but people pick up on how you feel about yourself and react in the same manner. I bet if you start calling yourself a handsome hunk of wonderment every morning, some girl is going to call you that someday. All without changing your exterior.

honey your NOT ugly but yes, here r a few tips:
WAX the eyebrows for one,
wear tighter shirts...preferably earth colors(brown, green, blue..etc.),
grow out ur hair...atleast a little past the ears...and get RID of the watch.

new hairstyle definately. and try wearing some more flattering clothes. check out what the other guys wear and try to emulate that. good luck.
