This is very open .. Here are a couple (where all the digits are in numerical order):

(-1 + 2 - 3 + 4) x (5 + 6 + 7) /(8 x 9) (= 36/72)

[(1 - 2 + 3)/4 - 5 - 6 + 7 + 8)] /9 (= 4½/9)

1 /[( 2 x 3 + (-4 + 5) x 6)/(7 + 8 - 9)] (= 1/[12/6])

[(1 + 2) x 3 x (-4 + 5) - 6)/( 7 + 8 - 9) (= 3/6)
