I am a master at worrying. To ease my mind, I take a walk or concentrate on something else and then when I think about the problem again, I have a new perspective.

I enjoy writing. I write to alleviate a lot of my angst plus I have a vivid imagination, or I watch one of my favorite movies. Or I read through some of the questions in the Marriage and Divorce section to take my mind off my problems and put things in perspective.
