My lover says Applebee's is a great after-work appetizer and drink stop. We made the mistake of having dinner there last month. Bad is a polite summary... I ended up posting a review on Yahoo about how poor their food was. Instead of improving their service, Applebee's had my review deleted. Booooooooooooooooo!

Yeah, it used to be good but over the last year it's really gone downhill and I've gotten some really nasty food like you said. Ugh, don't even talk about it, it makes me sick to my stomach, really. Bleh.

I agree. Their dishes just aren't all that anymore. The servings are pretty small and the just don't have any thing unique or innovative. I think they profit most out of the bar they have and all the drinks they serve.

I think it goes by individual restaurants. The ones I've been to in NW Ohio are good. The service is kind of slow sometimes though.

just went there today,,,, the nachos were nasty,, the cosmopolitian drink tasted like sugar water,,,,,, the oriental chicken salad was ok,,,,,, the chicken alfredo bowl was good,,,,, i havent been going there that long,, so didnt know if this was the usual or not, but it wasnt worth my $37.00 lol plus tip,,, the service was great!

The one in my town was shut down for a couple days by the health dept..

They are way to expensive for the taste of their food. I used to enjoy going there; but not any more. cheers

I ate there today... Didn't seem bad. Ck Caesar salad was good. Dessert was great!

applebee's is fine. food's good and not junky like tgif's,where it is cooked with fat even in salads. applebee's great!
