So far I have watched Sailor moon, Full Moon, Fruit Baskets, & Kaleido Stars. Does anyone have any suggestions??

You have to watch Ranma 1/2 if you like Anime XD
Past that it's a " What do you like?" thing.
You might want to check out Fushigi Yuugi (made by the creator of Sailor Moon's best friend at some point) and Yu Yu Hakashu (I can't spell it,.. it's english name is usual Ghost Files,.. it's made by the creator of Sailor Moon's husband).
You might like the Vampire Princess Miyu (can't spell her name right,.. someone bothering me in reality to mess with me) TV series because the OVA was excellent but the TV Series was Magical Girl style.
You might want to see Escaflowna but over time it sounds like guys like it more then girls.
Do you want more? XD I'm just guessing what you would like based on what you said.

I would suggest Ouran High School Host Club, Wedding Peach, Peach Girl, DNAngel, Ayashi No Ceres, and Aishiteruze Baby. Naruto and Inuyasha are pretty good too=P If you want to read any manga some good ones are Absolute Boyfriend, and Vampire Knight. Oh if you have only watched the Fruits Basket Series, you might want to read the manga too because in the manga it continues more than what the series showed.

School Rumble - I noticed none of you had mentioned this but it's the best! A really funny anime. I recommend that you watch this!
Naruto - the story is wonderful though there seems to be TOO MANY UNNECESSARY FILLERS! Oh, the characters are great too!
Jigoku Shoujo aka. "Hell Girl", "Girl from Hell" - this anime is really interesting, the first time I've watched it, I felt a sense of dark aura in it... All about revenge...sweet! plus there's a really cute guy here: Ichimoku Ren, watch out for him

I'll recommend the following animes and the reasons why! Hope it helps you.
- Naruto - it's all about being a ninja. It's a good anime to watch!
- The Law of Ueki - It's one of my favorite animes ever! I learned a lot of lessons from it!
- Alice Academy - can't explain. but this one is good.
- Hell Girl - In the commercials that I have watched in Animax, it seems that this one is a scary anime. But hey, it's good! It's not that scary.
- Yu-Gi-Oh! - All about cards and dueling.
- Yakitate Japan! - All about baking! You'll learn a lot about baking from this anime.
- Paradise kiss - All about fashion. But I think this one is somewhat for adults to watch.
- R.O.D. the T.V. - all about books! Hehe...
- Fushigi Yuugi
- Detective Conan - all about case solving.
- Full Metal Alchemist - all about alchemy.
That's all what I can recommend right now.

SAMURAI 7! Original story is "shichinin no samurai" by Akira Kurosawa. I watched this anime in Japan recently. This is a very cool anime for not only the American but also the Japanese.

Outlaw Star, Robotech, and the new version of Appleseed. Other than these 3, I've not seen much anime that I cared for.

I used to watch Dragon Ball Z (earlier episodes are better structured, less wasting time) and Yu yu Hakasho and they were really good.
