****REMOVE THAT BATTERY!!****

I am a phone technician and I will say there's ways to make it work for now but look to upgrade!!
Steps to Fix..
1) Soak phone in rubbing alcohol ( all but Flip)
2) Let phone dry in stove with that heat on as low as it goes.
(Or use a blow dryer but do not I say DO NOT insert battery until you are four sure its dry)
3) Insert battery and pray

If you are semi techie take it apart and clean with a toothbrush and rubbing ****REMOVE THAT BATTERY!!****

hurry and remove the back of the phone and taking the battery out as well. Set in front of a fan or a wind source try not to set in front of a heater or blow drying it. Let it sit over night and then if you have a different battery than try it the next morning with the new one and if you only have the old one that was dropped as well than try it then too. If nothing than only miracles or getting a new one usually will work at this point.

Open your cell phone (if it is a flip phone) take out the battery and the cover and let it dry. it could take a while to dry, mabe a week or two. there is a small chance that is will work again but if your take it to the company they will charge you for another one because there is a sticker like thing in the phone that will tell the company it got wet.

Let it dry out for about 12 hours and then try to use it, my phone was dropped in a cup of soda and it wouldnt work again until the next day. Everything worked on it except the headset I had to use the earpiece.

It is probably ruined. You may have a replacement policy on your phone as part of the contract. Usually it is optional. Don't worry about telling your parents. It was an accident. If they bought the phone for you they will know if you have a replacement policy on the phone.

That happened to me before (not on the toilet of couse!!!).
but my parents knew, we bought a new cellphone. But my parents almost blew off because of that, try to buy a new battery or something, but I don't know if you have money for it. If I were you i'll tell it, to make things easier.Besides, they'll forgive you afterall..but its your descision.

My phone did the exact same thing! Except I got pissed and threw it at my windshield and busted it all up. Just let it dry out for a while. It should start working again.

I’m sorry! (I hope the toilet was empty when this happened lol)
Take out the battery and place your phone upright in a dry place for a few days.
And hope for the best.
Good luck.

this happened to me to, try letting it dry for a couple of day's maybe putting a hair drier to it, go ahead and tell your parents, they probably laugh!!! anyway mind was broken and I had to get a new one, probably because I was afraid to put my hand inside the toilet, so I left it in water to long until I got something in the kitchen to fish it out!!
