i usually go to Pennsylvania (when i can) to see my best friend. just being with her makes things seem better. i do, also end up here to either ask advice or just read other peoples questions and answers. some of them really "hit home" and help me a lot. i also end up on the phone with friends. if you keep everything to yourself when the going gets tough it can drive you crazy.

I grab my notebook and put on some Loreena McKennitt, Enya and other celtic artists slap on some headphones get naked and slide into the tub..burn some incense and enjoy a bottle of riesling or a cognac or a scotch.
