Elias, Forsberg and Kovalev are the only players you would want. The others arent good season long options, hot for a stretch but not good long term answers.
If Forsberg can stay healthy he is the best option followed by Elias who can also put up strong numbers and seems to be getting hot lately. Kovalev is a decent 3rd option but I would look at the first 2 guys before you go that route.
If you can do a gaborik for Staal deal do it asap, gaborik is due back next week and if healthy ( I know...big if) he can put up huge numbers. If you cant then there arent a lot of options out there that have 9 points or less that can be even of minimal help (unless you need penalty minutes, then there are some pretty decent options out there).

well its not that hard kovalev usually gets atleast 60 points not bad to keep him around. Lindros seems to be having a good season but his past as him overdue for a injury. Forsberg what can i say left coloardo and isnt doing to well with the worst team in the NHL hes going to have his worst season ever dont pick him and advice on him he should retire or ask to be traded. Elias this mann is sturrggling with his hepitatas c from last year he should be stepping up soon but i dont really see that coming. Leaving Fisher as a properly one of the strongest when he plays with heatley he gets points not sure who will get more him or kovalev but thease 2 are sure enough to get atleast 60 points.

Out of that bunch I'd take Elias. Forsberg is soft and will regularly be out, so he'll be holding a roster spot while he doesn't play.

As far as Gaborik for Jordan Staal goes, if you can get that deal you need to take it ASAP. Gaborik will put up big numbers when he's back, especially with Demitra setting him up.

They were saying that Gaborik may have been back tonight, but he was a scratch, but his return is immanent . Make that move now, pick up Gaborik before you go to sleep. You have to go with Forsberg out of that group. He can go nuts and give you 15 points in a week. GRAB GABORIK, I bet he plays tomorrow against Dallas, write it down.

My gut tells me that if healthy, Forsberg will get you points. As for the Staal question, it depends on what you can get for him. Gaborik, maybe, but I don't know how much longer he's out.
