Okay... I'll get straight to the point. I have really big boobs... but that's not the point. Other than my boobs, they rest of me is normal- not too small, not too big- and it makes it reallly hard for me to find clothes that flatter me. Sometimes, I'll feel really uncomfertable showing a huge amount of cleavage... well actually it's most of the time, so I'd get regular crewneck shirts. But everytime I wear those shirts I feel suffocated because my boobs make my shirt tight around my diaphram. But I don't know what else there is!!!!!!!!! I need help with SOMEONE who can help me find a type of shirt that would be cute, but not overly sexy and boob showing... with that said... HELP!!!!!!

Uh no offense, but I don't get my confidence by selling my body to other people... I take pride in my conservativeness and I would think vvery low of myself if I dressed slutty...

Well, you basically only have two options.
1. Buy larger clothes, although they might not fit the rest of you properly.
or,
2. Have a breast reduction.
I've read many magazine articles in various magazines about girls who have had this done, and I even went to high school with a friend who had it done as well, and they all felt MUCH better about themselves when it was over, and had much more self-confidence.
It might be fairly expensive, but if it bothers you that much, I'd say it's worth it.
I doubt it's as expensive as having fake boobs put in, though.
And, you'll be saving yourself from possible back problems caused by the extra weight in the future!!

Try wearing dark colored shirts if you don't already. It gives the illusion of slimming. Also wearing a size that fits you would help. Don't shop in the juniors department. All of their clothes are designed to fit people with little shape. If you don't know what size a juniors is...anything with an odd number. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, etc. So you most likely need to mix and match. Wear juniors pants and a misses top (even sizes, 2, 4, 6, etc). It will have more definition in the waist and allow more room on top for your boobs.
And what exactly do you mean the shirts are too tight on your diaphram? Are you wearing a rubber suit or knights armor? More like your boobs are causing the tightness around your diaphram. Fabric stretches...boobs do not unless you are a blob of rubber cement.

I have the same problem. I'm a small girl everywhere else, but I have D boobs. It's hard to buy shirts that fit when your chest is a 10 and your waist is a 4. I can't recommend a specific brand, as I tend to just try on a bunch of shirts from different ones and just buy what fits. I can recommend a style I have found that helps them appear smaller though. V-neck shirts (not too low, although you don't like showing too much cleavage anyway) that skim the body, not hug it, work better than any other style I've tried. Darker colors are more flattering as well. When I was younger I would wear turtlenecks and shirts with a high neckline thinking that helped, but believe it or not while they are covered completely, it only made them look bigger. On a side note, you might also want to look for a larger size when shopping for tops. Also, some companies make decent minimizer bras, but be sure to try them on for yourself. Some can sort of smash your chest and give a woman a uniboob look. lol If they are causing you problems though (i.e. you feel really uncomfortable with them at their size, or they're causing you back problems) a breast reduction might be in order.

I know what you mean- you can't wear v-necks or tight shirts or wrap-shirts or anything because you look like you're flaunting what you've got, even though the girls next to you could wear the same thing and no one notices or cares. Make sure you wear really good bras to minimize jiggling and that will help. For v-neck tops and wraps, try wearing cute cami-tops underneath them. You get the same effect, minus all the cleavage. Good luck.

I like to tighten up and get rid of some of that fat, I work on it everyday. With push ups and curl ups and all sorts of yoga & stretching. I suggest you try some of that as well as sweatshirts and thick heavy shirts also work.

My lady was massive and had the same dramas as well as back pain and all that. She had a reduction, down to a C cup. This really helped her.
