It has 2 GC card slots and 4 GC controller ports, but these are only to support the Wii's backwards compatability. You can't save Wii games on them or use the GC controller for Wii games.
Wii games are saved to the internal HardDrive or to a Wii formated SD card. (You can do this with any SD card, there's a formatting function in the Wii Options Menu.)

Yes it is possible to use GC memory cards in your Wii. Just pop the top compartment of your Wii and you will see that it has two slots for the memory card and 4 ports for the controller. The GC controller can be used for MOST all the virtual console games that can be downloaded from the Wii shop channel.
