Why is everyone giving you answers that make it harder for you? Geez!! I have the easiest best answer right here for you without giving you too much info to make it even more confusing for ya!To simplify multiply by 33.815 (and not all those other numbers that follow) Or if this is homework you are doing or something to make it even lots more easier on you; there is a website that will do this for you:

Using the 33.815 I gave you, you'd get 67.63 simplified, which is the same answer that the site that converts it f or you gave. Ignore all the otehr mumbo jumbo that'll only confuse you even more. All you need to know is multiply number of liters by 33.815

A fluid ounce is between 28.5-30g (see the Wikipedia link below). You need the density of a liquid...for example using water which is 1 g/mL at 25C. So in this case X litre of water weighs X*1g/mL at 25C. Divide (X/1000)mL *1g/mL by 30g/oz to get the answer.

You can convert fluid ounces to gallons, and then convert gallons to liters.

If it a liquid, I just pour it into a measuring cup that have ounces on it.
