If some one wants to start a new Industry, the process takes a long time. From drawing board to switching on the machinery to start production. Many Industries do not have much time and man power to do all these things. Hence they approach a professional group to get every thing done, on their behalf, for a mutually agreed cost. They enter in to an agreement, which mentions all terms and conditions along with the time to complete the project. Then the contractor takes over, the responsibility of implementing the project. Immediately after compilation of project, he hands over the keys of new unit. Now Industrialist can start the production. This outsourcing is called "turn key" .
