I was watching this music video at the mall about a year ago, and it was a Christmas song, and the girl was like in a forest and there was snow all over and some of the words of the song were, "when you believe",or something like that. does anyone know this song? thanks

the girl was the one singing and the lyrics that i heard were "if you believe" or "when you believe" it's not believe by josh groban although i love that song! :)

yes, it is "Believe" by Josh Groban.
this was the center piece song for the Polar Express soundtrack, and the basic melody is used in many ways throughout the movie when something extraordinary happens. this motif is finally set to music and josh groban sings the lyric at the end of the movie (during the credits) and it's an absolutely beautiful song if you just want to listen to it on the soundtrack.
