Also this is addressed to anyone else who has gone for an extended period fo time without sex. Please tell me what has helped you (specifics). Have you dated at all?

My belief that sex is only for marriage has helped me. I have been a widow for almost 6 years with no sex and after being married for 33 years enjoying the benefits of marriage you would think that it would be hard but if you believe in something with all your heart and pray for help anything is possible.♦
