The size and/or quality of an erection is sometimes related to your blood pressure. Higher blood pressure tends to lead to stronger erections. This is the primary principle on which drugs like Viagra and Levitra work.
When you were eating the less healthy diet, your blood pressure may have been higher, leading to stronger erections.
As your diet improved, your blood pressure may have lowered a bit, causing weaker erections.
Try monitoring your blood pressure over a period of a month or two and see if it correlates with the quality of your erections.

Eating lots of leafy greens, whole grains, oysters, watermelon, and blueberries (most any fruit will work, really) will help you give your body all that it needs to improve the quality of your erections, while cutting out processed foods, cigarettes and alcohol will provide further benefits. i think its called erectile disfunction, may be mental (stress etc.) doubt it has anything to do with diet, could be physical/hormone changes. you should probably see a doctor. or you could try getting oral with a erotic dance and see what the result looks like if you don't have base attraction with your partner these things happen can be caused by resentment focused on them too.
