Hello there! Well, the first step is, is to not try so hard. Number one thing to do is relax your mind. Eat healthy, excercise and don't stress yourself out. Also, dont make it a project...in other words dont "do it" because its the time you think you are ovulating, let your body take over...your body will know when the time is right. Good luck on your journey!

Most people I've spoken with suggest having sex every other day around ovulation (day 14) of your cycle. But this doesn't work for every woman, a lot depends on how long your cycles are. I would suggest charting your cycle. By doing this, you will get a good idea of which days are best for baby-making sex. A good website for this, that is free, is www.fertilityfriend.com. I also recommend the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility." This is a good book that will help you learn more about how to get pregnant. Good luck to you!

First off, stay off the computer and spend time with your man. Then start having sex every other day.. this lets him build up sperm. Figure out when your ovulating and have sex during that time. Relax and don't worry about it, until you have been trying for over a year. At that point, see a doctor.

First you must have a couple; a man and a woman. He must get an erection (a *****, a hardon, etc.). Together, you have to insert it into the woman's vagina, and continue to push it further in and out, in and out, and in and out until he has an orgasm and squirts some seman with the neccessary sperm into her vagina. One of these sperm organisms must meet up with her egg and fertalize it. She (You) are then pregnant. If it doesn't work the first time, don't be afraid to try and try again.

Chart you period days and find out when you ovulate. then go for it. You can go to babyzone.com or mymonthlycycles.com. They both have an area where you can chart your days and it helps you find out when you ovulate. Good Luck
