Rather runny, like cold custard.
Unlike Brown who is sticky like treacle.
(Oh and he's MP for Sedgefield)

As has been said his constituency is Sedgefield in County Durham. He was first elected in 1987, having unsuccesfully contested Beaconsfield at the 1983 General Election.
He was returned to the House of Commons with a majority of 18,449 at the 2005 General Election.
Whilst he is unlikely to stand-down before the next General Election (whenever that might be) a recent report in The Guardian claimed that members of Sedgefield Constituency Labour Party were quietly looking for a new candidate to contest the next General Election. Blair will almost certainly follow the example of his two immediate predecessors, Margaret Thatcher and John Major, and carry on as a MP until the first election following the end of their Premiership.

The question is very confusing. Does the questioner mean WHERE is Tony Blair's constituency or does he mean what does he stand for (politically that is)? If the latter then heavens knows, he changes political colour more often than a chameleon.

His constituency is Sedgefield in Co Durham, A safe Labour seat.
whether it will safe for him after him telling the north to shut up about the North/South divide I don`t know.
Maybe the people of Sedgefield will at last get rid of him

His constituency STILL IS Sedgefield Co Durham,
until he stands down.
I can not see him remaining an MP given his rivalry with Gordon Brown

Yo Blair's constituancy is somewhere in the north east, I think in Geordyland somewhere, South Shields, Newcastle, somewhere. You may be able to find out by visiting the Parliamentary website.
