Nurse often and pump when you are done nursing each session and between sessions- basically as much as you can without going nuts or becoming too sore. Obviously you will need to supplement so your baby gets some nourishment, but if you can get a supplemental nursing system (call your local La Leche League) instead of supplementing with a bottle.

It's all about supply and demand. The more you nurse or pump, the more milk you'll make.
Take a "nursing vacation" this weekend. Spend the weekend in bed with baby and do nothing but self-care and nursing. Let hubby handle the house and meals for the weekend or order carryout.
Make sure you are getting plenty of fluids.
Some moms report a boost in supply when they eat oatmeal every day for breakfast.
If an increase in nursing and pumping doesn't do the trick within a week, consider taking an herbal supplement such as fenugreek. (Read the info at the link below first.) The typical dosage is 3-4 capsules 3x per day.
REMEMBER.....supplements and other supply boosters won't do anything if you aren't nursing/pumping often enough. The very first and most important thing you need to do is to remove the milk from the breasts frequently so your body will get the message to make more!

This happened to me about a month ago. I didn't bf for about 24 hours and it really affected my supply. I just nursed him A LOT! He even was waking more often at night to eat in order to get the milk back to normal. It took me almost a whole week. I ate oatmeal once a day, drank tons of water, and drank Mother's Milk tea which has herbs that are supposed to help too. I wouldn't give a bottle if I was you because your body needs to know exactly how much to make for your baby. Good luck and don't give in!!!

Have your baby try to drink from you, and express as ofter as you can. This will stimulate the body into producing more milk again. It'll take a while, but with perseverance you will get your supply back.

This happened to me as well...
DON'T give a bottle, offer baby breast frequently and pump in between nursing sessions. It shouldn't take too long to get it back.

Don't suppelment with bottle, let your baby suck as much as she wants to. She might seem little hungry, but DO NOT give bottle, more she'll suck, sooner you'll have it back. It would take propably a day or so. And drink A LOT.
