dont you have the motherboard driver disk motherbords number is written on it & you can find all about it from internet or from the vendors site
if you dont have disk you can know ur board from bios or from system information in system tools->accessories

Go to www.crucial.com and have them scan your computer. Crucial.com sells memory; it's an awesome website.

Try downloading and using CPU-Z. ( http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php )

It doesn't need to be installed, and will tell you all the specs on your PC - motherboard, RAM, CPU, etc.
