This depends on your plan and possibly the time of day. If you have free mobile-to-mobile, and the source is another Cingular mobile, then you would not lose any anytime minutes. If your plan features free nights and weekends, and the call occurs doing that period, the same should apply. At any other time or assuming you don't have these features on your plan, an incoming call would consume anytime minutes.

I have a cingular phone too. I dont believe it costs any minutes if its another cingular phone. But if the other persons phone is not cingular & its regular weekday ...count your minutes.

yes it does unless the other person calling you has cingular i have cingular and i let the voice mail pick it up and then wait for my anytime minutes to start...

Yes I beleive it does but to make sure try going to cingular's webpage FAQ'S and se if it is in there. Or call a rep.

I would suggest asking the company, but yes, usually it does. You're paying for the cost of the cell tower, unlike on a land line. Regardless of who calls who, those minutes count.
