Walgreens is carrying a candle, in 3 scents, called Essential Elements. The smell is awesome and plentiful. Best of all there are in a contemporary glass - looks like a sleek highball glass and is weighted on the bottom. Can be used after the candle is gone for glassware, holders, small vases, etc. Very appropriate for male or female and they're 2 for $10. One caution, the lemongrass one smells too much like citronella to me. But of the two remaining scents one is more earthy, one more floral - but still very unisex on both. And they're a generous size too. Great holiday gifts!

Bath and Body Works have really nice candles. I gave those out one year, everybody loved them. They have some for that price(the smaller ones). I think the larger ones are more than $10.

You really can't go wrong with lottery tickets. Especially with a $10 budget.
