Several. I see the Ridley, Hondamatic, and scooters have already been mentioned. I'd also want to add that some of the larger scooters are a good deal more motorcycle-like than classic Vespas or '80s toys - something like a Honda Silverwing will run on the freeway all day.

Others include the Baron CF Moto bikes (cheap Chinese knock-offs of the Honda Reflex scooter underneath, but with a motorcycle style frame and body) and the Yamaha FJR1300 (not something you'd want as a first bike by a long stretch).

Other than the old 70's era Honda-Matics, there are only two current manufacturers that build motorcycles with automatics that I'm familiar with. One brand is "Boss Hoss". They can be purchased with a 350 ci or a 502 ci Chevy V8 engine. These are definitely not for a beginner as they are extremely heavy (about 1,300 lbs.) and extremely powerful (up to 500 h.p.). I've been riding for 35 years and Boss Hoss motorcycles scare me to death. Another, more reasonable brand is manufactured by a company called Ridley Motorcycle Company. These automatic transmission bikes are powered by a 750 cc two cylinder v-twin engine of their own design. Those are the only two companies I'm familiar with. There are motorscooters available with automatics such as the Burgman by Suzuki that are fun rides, very easy to handle and won't break one's budget.

Honda made one back in the 80s called the Hondamatic. It was a 450cc bike.

Yamaha makes one which isn't truly automatic, but it is clutchless. You still have to shift, but a vacuum thingy pulls the cluch and moves the gears for you. All you have to do is press a plus/minus button to shift. A friend of mine test drove one at a Bike week and he said it was pretty cool.
