hello every one
ok i'm haveing a really bad day today so i hope some one can kelp me out i have a 1990 Dodge Omni and today i was driveing down the road and the tire blow so i got the one out of the back and put on it's a full size tire and i didn't even get 5 miles down the road and the car got really LOUD so i stoped again and looked and i fould out the mulffer fell off so now my car don't have a mulffer at all and it's the weekend so i know no mulffer shops are open intell monday dose any one have a Idea of how much a Mulffer shop is going to charge me?? do you think it's going to be lest then $100 ? please kelp ASAP i would put a new mulffer on but i really don't want to i want to pay a shop KELP!!!

or do you even think a shop will work on that old of a car i'm not going to lie it has alot of rust on the under body i looked at all the pipes and they look ok i just got to get this car a new mulffer cus i don't have the $ to buy a new car please kelp

Depending on what needs to be replaced, you should be able to get the exhaust system repaired or replaced for $50-$150. If it is just the muffler, it will not be that expensive, if the exhaust pipes are bad, they will need to be replaced also.

Muffler shops will work on your car, exhaust is not really dependent on the year of the car.

i own a repair shop,and if it didn't tear the tail pipe off with it,id say it will cost pretty close to a hundred bucks to repair it if not a little more,most muffler shops have went up on there priced ,as with everything else these days.but your about looking at at that much at least ,if it didn't damage any pipes ,you may get by for a lot less,maybe around 60 bucks for an economy muffler,,good luck,i hope this help,s.
