no it will just keep pestering you thanks to a thing called inertia( Inertia is the property of an object to resist changes in velocity unless acted upon by an outside force.). the six legged winged freaks don't have much mass and its shape is designed to act against the atmosphere so they just keep buzzing your ear

The bug will hit the rear window, but in reality, the rear window is hitting the bug. Because the bug is actually heavier, than the air, it will pretty much stay in the same spot, till the rear window hits it. but on the other hand, put a helium baloon in the same spot, and it will hit the front windshield. It being lighter, than the air around it.

Actually it would not. According to Einstein's "Theory of Relativity" and also his "Theory on the behavior of Photos" if you and that bug accelerated to the speed of light for one year that bug would compress time the same as you and the truck and when you returned to earth (on the interstellar highway) we would all be 60 years older and you and the bug would only be one year older. Therefore you could actually make a fly live a lot longer than it normally would!!! :-) So step on the gas all you want and travel "Back to the Future"!!!! Your mileage may vary of course.
