Im 11 weeks 4 days pregnant. I feel great, my morning sickness (that lasted all day) has finally subsided and i got alot of my energy back. But i have been feeling alot of crampy pain a little below my naval and in my hip bones. Is this because the baby is growing and taking up more space? Is there anything I can do to ease the pain a bit? I'm going to discuss this with my OB my appt. is on Dec. 6th.

it's very possible it's pain from your growing uterus. The hip bones maybe starting to spread out a bit. A warm compress or bath can help that. If you start to get bad cramping don't wait to call your OB, they may want to see you sooner then you're appt.
Good luck.

What you are feeling sounds like round ligament pain, a fancy name for the ligaments in your uterine area stretching to accomodate your baby as he or she grows. It is a really annoying symptom but also fairly common, especially if this is your first pregnancy and your body has never grown in this way before.
Definitely check with your OB, but I'd bet you're fine. A regular strength tylenol once in a long while and resting with my feet up did me a lot of good.

It's round ligament pain. It's your muscles starting to weaken and stretch in preparation for your growing belly. It's nothing to worry about. If it gets bad enough, though, take some Tylenol.

I had it with both of my pregnancies, and this can last well into the second trimester. If you're real tiny, you may still feel it in the third. Relax. It's normal.

Yes just your body preparing for the baby, you can take Tylenol, but a nice relaxing warm bath might also so the trick.
