Pain on lower right side pelvic area ladies please help and read??

Im having slight pain in the lower pelvic area right side

yesterday brown discharge with cervical mucus

my period isn't due for a week; ive never had brown discharge

does this sound like preg symptoms?

You may have had a miscarriage. or some of your endemetriel tissue was not shed during your last period. and has come away now, old blood is brown, may have been a clot of blood discharging due to your body preparing for your next period. If it continues to happen you may need a D&C done.

Could be pregnancy, or possibly some spotting (are you on birth control pills). Also could be a harmless fibroid (which are common). I'd call your ob and ask over the phone just to make sure. They will probably tell you to call if the pain gets worse, or if you miss your period. Better to check with them.

sounds like spotting before your period....but if you get any more symptoms like blood in your urine, a fever....you may have a kidney infection...just wait and see...........brown discharge is just old blood.
