Check with Girl Scouts of America. They usually have GREAT, safe camps, and the girls do not need to be girl scouts to attend the camp. Call your local council.

R.V.R. or River Valley Ranch in Maryland sounds perfect for your girl! It's a great camp that's tons of fun (I have gone for 4 years). You get to pick which kind of camp you want, such as General or Xtreme or Horsemanship. Horsemanship is really cool. You take care of your horse all week and ride it all over. There's a really awesome craft shop with tons of crafts and the cabins are really cool. There's also a huge water park with all kinds of slides and water dumping buckets. She would love it! It's tons of fun!!!
