You need a comprehensive digestive enzyme complex to help you make full and proper use of the food you take in. Your 'poop' will look better and you'll have more energy and feel fantastic. In all my years of research I've only come upon 2 supplements that are excellent with regards to assisting digestion, and I'll tell you about the least expensive one since it works the best.
It's called Gestazyme. You take it with breakfast and supper each day, and that's it. You'll be amazed at the difference within the first few days!
Gestazyme tablets are specially constructed to release pepsin, papain, amylase and betaine hydrochloride in the digestive system where these factors are most active. The betaine hydrochloride provides hydrochloric acid supplementation to ordinary gastric secretions. The pancreatin (which digests protein, fats and starches) and the ox bite extract (which enhances the fat digesting activity and absorption of fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K) are enterically coated for release into the small instestine.
See the link below for the cheapest source for this amazing supplement!!

Go to a clear fluid diet for a day or so: clear drinks, clear soups 2-3L of fluid per day
Then build back up towards a normal diet - make sure you have plenty of fibre.Buy some metamucil from the chemist if you need it.
It sounds like you're having some sort of diarrhoea. If you have fevers or chills or are off your food, you should probably see a doctor. Some forms of diarrhoea are best treated with antibiotics.
Most forms do best with fluid replacement and rest.

You must've ate something that was green in color. I usually have green colored poop if I eat something like Fruity Pebbles, Fruit Loops, or anything with green frosting. Sometimes certain frostings make me feel sick too. Did you recently eat some cupcakes or a cake from a store with green frosting???? Just an idea. Hope you feel better. Try some Pepto of Maalox.

Sounds like you have a problem. I would suggest you go to a good doctor and get it checked. Sounds like you have the color and also a LOT of mucous. Get it checked!!
It might be what you are eating but then, it may not be.
Just see a doctor. Good luck, Pops

Well you should definitely talk to your doctor about it. But it might just be because of what you have been eating. Do you eat food with a lot of dye in it? Like brightly colored cereals? Do you eat a lot of high-fat foods?

stop eating beans and brocolli or anything green for that matter. if your stomach hurts then don't eat much of anything until you're "empty" my have a very sensitive stomach and it sucks. if you're worried then go to your doc. um, try eating cheese and crackers. drink a lot of water so you don't get dehydrated. and if you can;t keep anything down, then drink poweraid or gatoraid. just so your body gets some calories that it can use for energy.

eat fibre...oatmeal is good, or all bran cereal every morning for 2 weeks str8.
If that don't help, see a doc in a few days to make sure that it's nothing serious.

it depends on what vitamins you are taking. some of them can do that when mixed with certain foods. if you are taking them, stop for a while and see if that helps but if it is still going on go see a doctor. Good Luck!
