When do tickets usually come into stock?

I booked two tickets to see Meat Loaf at the MEN Arena in Manchester back in October from seetickets.com, but the track website still says:

"waiting for tickets to come into stock, once they do we will send to *my address*"

The show is on May 10th 2007, how long to tickets usually take to come into stock? I was hoping to have them for a Christmas present.

Usually concert tickets come in stock about 3 or 4 months before the concert.
