Being accused of killing of 140+ people, the court have decided to hang him.... Ok, but what about the situation now, daily 140+ people are being killed!!
No one is perfect in this world. He might have some weekness in his personality, but he was thousand times better than the people now.
Iraq was more peaceful than now. People were happy and enjoying their life. But now, people are not safe even they saty in their homes.

No Way, he should not be reinstalled, if nothing else he is guilty of genocide remember the Kurds? The situation over there is a mess, and I am waiting and watching daily to see how they are going to teach people to run their country like an American democracy when they are so use to a dictator.....for the women a dictator at home and in the gov't. What a mess.

That would really get Iran off every ones watch out list. Nothing could enrage them more than US letting him get back in power. Since the people are not doing much to take care of themselves perhaps they need a strong dictator to get the country back on track. In reality I think He would be murdered within two hours of being released.

Of the five major terrorists in the past 75 years, Hussein is the only one who ever faced justice:
Joseph Stalin killed 10,000,000 of his own countrymen, and died in his sleep;
Adolph Hitler killed 6,000,000 people whom he believed to be 'inferior' or 'undesirable', the killed himself;
Idi Amin killed 2,000,000 people in Uganda, and retired to a luxurious life in exile;
George W. Bush has killed 655,000 Iraqis and 2,800 American soldiers (so far) and [some] people think he's some kind of a hero, when - in fact - he's nothing more than a common murderer. who ought to be tried for high crimes against humanity;
Saddam Hussein was convicted of killing 148 people in a small Iraqi village, and was sentenced to death.
Hussein should have never been the target of an illegal and unconstitutional American invasion. As despicable as he is, he is not any more despicable than those who have preceded him in the world of mass murder and political genocide. -RKO-

Of what we have heard of the situation after Sadam was removed one would be tempted ... Most of us had little knowledge of what was really going on before the invasion.
But some things are impossible to restore.

For what he did to his own people, he should be treated like Hitler, buried under some garbage dump.
