the $2,375.00 is for 4 quarters. in the seattle area. 2 bed 2 bath. full kitchen

get $500 or $1000 so you won't run out of money.

Spend as little as possible.

Go to the financial aid office when you get in and they will deal with the rest.

For the loan approval: depends on the lender, just ask them.

For the housing: is that a month? a year? a term? What area? and so on.

It took me a full 4 months to be approved for my loans. Expect to spend a semester waiting.

And yes, it is too much...but, that's how much it is unfortunately.
