You simply have other programs now using up the ram your webcam was used to having. Add more RAM :-) Or close out all programs you're not using whenever you use your cam.

try to add extra RAM. maybe webcam needs more RAM to downloading pictures more stability

did you add software because it takes up ram even if not in use.
