Block him on as many fronts as you can, starting with the computer. Also, begin screening all phone calls- that way, if he ever calls you on the phone, the calls will go unanswered. If he continues to bother you, get the principal involved. Print out copies of his Emails and/or Internet entries if you have them, as proof.

If you don't want to talk to him anymore, just tell him so, as calmly and politely as you can. Keep doing so until he realizes he's wasting his time with you, he should come around eventually.

ignore him and don't talk back ever. block him from anything thats blockable.
Tell him you use your computer for classwork and you'll get in trouble if you're seen using it for anything else.
Or just tell him you don't want to talk to him.
