Sorry to hear your being awake isn't deliberate, but I'm on the coffee with a chicken and mango curry in the oven while on Yahoo Answers and listening to England's slow progress against the Aussies on BBC's live broadcast of The Ashes Test Match Special via "the red button". They're trundling along quite happily getting the score ticking over without losing any wickets, so far:) But I doubt if I'll still be awake when they're due to finish for the day at 7.30am.

The reason you can't sleep is because you gave away all your old Godzilla VHS tapes. If you had one of those right now, you wouldn't be able to keep your eyes open after twelve minutes of it! My reason for being up this late (8:50 P.M. - Friday - USA) is to write you a good answer to your problem, and send you some positive energy that will make you feel all safe and cozy and comfortable, so you can now get a good night's sleep, as always.

Maybe you are like me. I have never required much sleep. When I was little I used to get up in the middle of the night and read or play.
Now do the same--and often the computer. I like it --because it is a quiet time when the world is not intruding on me.

Hmmm yes also a night worker on his night off, body clocks a strange thing isn't it... Been to the pub beers etc but yes still alive and kicking, will be sober in an hour. That can't be right.

Yay, what can I say, I'm one of the many night shift workers, in a peaceful reception, somewhere in posh London. Whatever the excuse, we're all here, that's the thing.

I have just finished a painting. I don't usually do that. It is normal for me to be just about settling down about now and I'll probably listen to Talksport as I drift off . Night Night. Hope you sleep soon.
