I asked a question before about whether it is possible to have a period during your pregnancy, to which i recieved mixed responses. I asked because i am trying for a baby with my partner and this month, my period came early and was lighter than normal. Naturally i assumed i wasnt pregnant, but some women have experienced the same during pregnancy. I have been feeling nauseous when i wake up and in the evenings. I have developed a spotty rash on my back when i have never suffered from any skin complaints and also my stomach has been cramping. In addition to this, i thought i had a stomach bug as i have had a jippy tummy for over a week now, which is not normal. Could any of these things be symptoms of pregnancy? Or am i just a bit under the weather at the moment do you think? I would be grateful for any responses. Thanks! x

All of these symptoms could be the result of pregnancy or of a virus. Take a pregnancy test already and stop guessing.

Pregancy related bleeding is not called a period because periods are a result of the egg failing to fertilize. There are three reasons for bleeding during pregnancy:

1.Implantation bleeding which occurs between 6-12 days past ovulation and happens when the embyro imbeds into the endometrium. This bleeding is generally so light that you do not require a tampon or pad and usually lasts only a day or two.

2. Threatened miscarriage, miscarriage or chemical pregnancy. This bleeding is heavy like a normal period and is accompanied by cramps. It may last 5-7 days or longer.

3. General unexplained bleeding. This bleeding happens for various reasons and is NOT accompanied by cramps. It is lighter than a normal period and usually only lasts a couple of days. It may happen intermitently through pregnancy.

If you haven't skipped a period yet, then there is no reason why you should be having morning sickness already. Morning sickness only happens after a missed period. The HCG in the body needs to be high enough to trigger the increase in progesterone which along with the hcg, causes the morning sickness. The majority of women do not experience morning sickness until 6 or 7 weeks-after the hormones have reached a high enough level.

As far as the rash on your back goes, it sounds completely unrelated. Pigment changes in the skin don't happen until a woman is many weeks pregnant. The "mask of pregnancy" will happen closer to the second trimester.

My best suggestion would be to wait until you have missed your period and then take a pregnancy test. There really are no signs of pregnancy until your hcg level is high enough to prevent your period from starting with one exception: cramps. Menstrual like symptoms such as cramping and breast tenderness are experienced around the time you miss your period. That is why many women swear they are going to start but never do. Don't waste your money on a test and take it until you miss your period. A lot of false negatives occur as a result of testing too soon.

My period came early and I did the same thing you are. I found out I was pregnant after I missed the next two period. My stomach cramped and I never seen my period. I also was nauseous without vomitting. My sister also did this but had a period for 5 months before she found out she was 5 months pregnant. You can have a period and be pregnant. Go to the health department or a womens clinic or take a home pregnancy test. Better safe than sorry!

It is possible to have some bleeding. I had what i thought was my period for 3 months into my pregnancy. I would take a test or see a doctor. I haven't heard of a rash as being symptoms of pregnancy. But if you think that you might be pregant and are having cramps you need to see a doctor. Normal morning sickness can last through the first 3 months or so. So my advice is to see a doctor and take it easy until then. Good luck

It's true, some women do have "periods" while pregnant, but the only surefire way to tell what's going on with your body is to take a test. If a home pregnancy test shows up negative and you are still having strange symptoms, head to your doc for a blood test. Hope I helped.

my friend who is currently pregnant, did a pregnancy test after their first month of trying and it came back negative. She then had a period. the next month her period didn't come and she did another test and this time it came back positive but she was actually TWO months pregnant, despite the first negative test and the arrival of a period, she was actually pregnant at the time.
Do a test!

it particularly is amazingly achieveable to get pregnant from precum, it includes sperm. merely ask my sister who's 8 months pregnant how achieveable it particularly is. additionally, the pull out approach, whether he in no way cums in you, is barely powerful 70% of the time. you're able to evaluate a stable style of beginning administration rather of this volatile, old one.
