He is most bothersome at school, in the class and hallways. When I'm trying to work on something in class (he sits next to me) he always makes rude remarks that are really mean. He makes lots of noise and is really distracting. He talks non-stop to whoever is around him about disgusting things or whatever he can think of that grosses me out, or bothers me. He calls me names a lot, and insults me a lot. I get really distracted and I often have trouble in math because I can't concentrate when he's around. And it's not just in the classroom. In the hallways, he runs through making a loud screeching noise, and points and me and shouts "Geek! Loser! Retard!" And it bothers me a lot. He also creeps up directly behind my back and screams right into my ears. Sometimes he brushes past my shoulder all rudely, which is so MEAN. What do I do about this guy? He's really annoying!

Tell your teachers , principal. student counselor. any one who and will do something about it.

Tell any adults about how annoying he is. Ask him why he is so annoying. Strangle him.
