It depends what type of computer you use.
A laptop almost always has a "hole" on the side, back,or front where you plug the ire in. If not, I'm sure there's some speakers you can connect through other means.
New tower CPU's have a "hole" next to the USB ports....and if you're not sure what the "hole" looks like, if you have an mp3 player or anything that uses headphones, it looks just like that just search USB ports images. They are usually on the front. Older towers (3 yrs ago or more I think) usually have then in the back along with the other jumble of wires.
Be careful and remember there's usually a symbol with something to do with audio. :]

You should have an AV board where you will see a line out, or a little picture that does not look like a microphone. That is where the sound signal comes out, probably. For older computers you might not have the right output for speakers. You can also plug speakers into the headset output, if the computer is set up right. GOOD LUCK!

Jacks from your speakers go into the speaker out jacks of your computer or sound card, located in the back of the case, usually colored green.

on the returned of your laptop tower there could be 3 ports lined up alongside with one yet another, shade coded for the audio device. in case you're making use of a computer, you will could purchase some particular adaptors (not sure precisely what they're called) so as that each and each physique 3 plugs are then plugged into one hollow. on the computer they could be plugged into the headphones "hollow".
