I recommend you get at least about 8hours of sleep. Don't be stressing out about the test tomorrow try not to focus on it you'll do better. Also don't go to Denny's or Ihop eat what you usually eat everyday because if you try to change what you eat you'll end up getting a upset stomach because with stress and a meal you body is not comfortable wont be beneficial to you. juts don't stress out and relax.

Get a good night's rest, but don't go to bed too early. Your body has a "clock" and you'll do better on the test if you're in a "normal" state. Don't take any sleep aids!

Review your SAT prep materials. If you don't have any visit the website www.collegeboard.com Watch a favorite movie to relax.

Set your alarm early enough to allow for breakfast, a wake up shower and plenty of travel time. Good luck!!

Get there really early. Eat breakfast at Denny's or IHOP. Have a calculator and a lot of pencils. Don't stress about it. The test is designed to tell the colleges what you know. You can't really study for it so don't worry about it. You know what you know right? Finish the essay in time. Don't try to do the entire test. Focus more on getting answers right. Skip around questions and do the easy one first. Good Luck.

try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. and eat a good breakfast in the morning like cereal, oatmeal, an energy bar, or a fruit. it doesn't necessarily matter what type of energy bar, as long as your eating a healthy breakfast. not cheesburgers or pies. hahaha. well, good luck on your test!

Try to get 6-8 hours of sleep. Eat something healthy for breakfast, like oatmeal and fruit. Bring a water bottle with you! You do not want to be dehydrated.

Good luck on your test.

You should try and get 8 hours of sleep. Also wake up earlier enough to have a good breakfast with complex carbs and protein. Just stay clam and remember that in the end everything will workout.

Just get a good night's sleep and go take the test - it is not something you can prepare/cram/get ready for overnight.
