Have sex. Missionary position is best. Chart your ovulation cycle, and buy an ovulation predictor kit.

I had the same problem you have and them some. I was told that doggy style would increase the chance of getting pregnant. I tried for 11 months to get pregnant. When one month, I had relations with my husband doggy style and the very next month, found out I was pregnant. Sperm has to travel up stream and sometimes has a problem getting there. Since you do it doggy style and your already bent over, sperm has a little help from your body to get up stream. I know it sounds weird and funny but it worked for me. I miscarried though at 12 weeks. Once you get pregnant, go to the doctor as soon as possible. Good luck

Best way? Well, very scientifically, have sex while you are ovulating. The easiest way to do that is cound 14 days from the start of your last period and have sex three days prior, then everyday after that until three days after. Should do it, maybe not the first try, but eventually, barring any medical complications.

You want to have sex when you are ovulating. Get ovulation predictor kits and test until you get your 'surge line', have sex that day and the day after.
Also, there is a product out there that has some good reviews called pre-seed. It is a lubricant that does not harm sperm. Use it when you're having sex around your ovulation. Check out the link below.

Well..you might think this sounds crazy, but it worked for me.
Have sex missionary style, then afterwards, lay on the bed with your legs up in the air (and yes, you will feel absolutely ridiculous) for 10 minutes. This worked for me and THREE other friends of mine. Best of luck!!

crawl in bed, cuddle up, for a really really long time (a few months maybe), with no or few interruptions, don't get any contraception either. If it gets funky enough in there, the stork would get that baby for em.

Heard this- after sex and prop your body up from the waist down. I don't know if it works, but hey it wouldn't hurt to try.
