I was wondering what jobs are always laying off employess? I have a family member who is looking for a jobs and really needs some money. Please help me!!!!

How will companies who are laying off help your family member.....maybe a better tactic would be to look for companies who are hiring.......just a thought.

If they are laying off, they aren't going to be hiring anyone new. Usually when you lay off workers, you are planning to outsource that job somewhere else. Have your relative apply for unemployment, update his/her resume, then take a visit to the workforce development center in your area. There will be plenty of jobs. Also, try your Sunday paper.

Steer clear of factory jobs. Cutbacks, layoffs, pay. Some good jobs are state and city jobs. Those are reliable, you'll get your money, probably good benefits and maybe opportunity for overtime sometimes depending on where you work, for those times when you need extra cash. Good luck.
