You guys help ...is horrible?
i have this horrible habit of spending more [way] more than my income. both my husband and i work, when payday..comes i get excited about having money and go shopping like to target...yesturday thats what i did, and now i dont have enough for rent & the car insurance. i promise my self everytime that next payday i will not spend more than what i have to, because afterwards i feel awful, worried on how to pay the bills. i wanna go return the things i bought yesturday, wich are x-mas stuff ormanents, and my husbands x-mas gift. i hate leaving this way. i suffer from depresion, i will admit this brings me joy...but it only comes with worries after. i spent about $70 at K- mart for a pizza party my kids got invated to, i wanna return that, and not go. i know i should have a budget, but its almost impossible, it feels to good at the time with the money. my husband doesnt know this.
***should i return the stuff?***
i feel horroble

Yes, you need to return the items if you cannot afford to pay your bills! These items are not necessary. Perhaps, you should rework your budget to give yourself a little more room to play, but be reasonable. Also, you should try something more affordable to help you deal with your depression such as taking a yoga or exercise class at your local health club, taking up a hobby you've since lost or going back to school and continuing your education. Not only is being educated great for your self esteem, a better education means a better income in the future. You need to talk to your husband as well!

You NEED to return everything you purchased and You NEED to seek some counseling for you have an addiction to shopping just like someone has an addiction to drugs or alcohol. If you don't seek help you may one day find yourself on the streets homeless because you have gone way overboard and you can no longer sustain your life due to the debt you have created. Its a danger you need to be aware of. Its also a sad fact, you need help. Instant gratification will never cover up the hurt and depression you are suffering from.

Take everything back as you said. Get yourself a journal and start writing in the money you saved. You will be shocked at the amount you can amass if you put your mind to it. If you have this journal around all the time it is a kind of reminder to yourself (and also a reward when you write in it). Allow yourself a certain SMALL amount each week to buy something frivolous and don't deviate from that amount. YOU CAN DO IT! Good luck
(p.s. you'll find that the rewards you get out of saving are far greater than the junk that you will get sick of in a week)

You should definitely return some of it. Granted, your kids should still have gifts for their friend (I assume it's a birthday party), but you need to return the unnecessary stuff.
A woman I know has this same problem. She actually had to ask her husband to hold onto her credit card for her and then tell him why she wanted to use it when she wanted to. Although I don't think this should be the norm, it may help in your situation.

You need to make a budget. It's not anything close to impossible. Make an excel document, with negative numbers for bills, and positive numbers for paychecks. Make sure it doesn't add up to a negative number at the end, and you're set.
And I agree with the woman above who says you should see a therapist.
P.S. if anyone is willing, I have a question that needs advice too. Answers are greatly appreciated.

I feel you girl.. I would go ahead and return all the stuff just so you can pay your bills. but then and again it all depends on when your bills are due and when you get paid agian. Just keep telling yourself that "it wont be this way all ways".
I do the same thing some times. but a lot of times I go without just so we can keep our bills in tact. then I tell God that he has to help me.

You need to talk to a counsler. There are probably underlying problems of why you spend so much. Plus if you've been doing it for awhile, you'll need behavioral therapy to stop. And you should talk to your husband, your in the marriage together and he can help you.

properly i do no longer choose to narrate this to race. You suggested your nieces boyfriend exchange into sensible and he would be making solid money quickly for the reason that he's going to be psychiatrist. and you besides mght suggested he exhibits her off to his acquaintances and he's fairly a douche, impressive? i think of maximum women folk human beings (in spite of race) have an interest in a**holes. they like the challenge. they choose to be the single to alter him right into a solid guy. and needless to say she will stay with him if he's going to assist her financially, impressive? yet to respond to your question approximately race, i'm a non-white lady relationship a white guy and that i do no longer think of he's gruesome. i think of he's likely one in each and every of the main appealing men on earth. i assume elegance is in the attention of the beholder.
