Forever 21's earrings look so expensive, but they're not!! Most of there earrings are $4-6, and they look way less cheap than Claire's earrings. The rest of their jewelry is great as well. Actually, Forever 21 in general is a great place to get expensive looking stuff for way less!

Forever 21 ranges from $2-$4 and H&M which ranges from $2-$4, don't buy 10 dollar earrings from Claires that EVERYONE has.

CLAIRE`S.. i live by it...they are amazing and if you look at the sale items they are somtimes really pretty i found my prom earings for 2 bucks and they were Amazing!!
Or icing which is almost the same as clairs but they have alot of times buy one get one free... wich is good
and if you have sensative ears like i do... they have a special line for it and i can wear whatever earrings i want now and.. they dont infect my ears...
And they are cute, inexpensive, and there are some really kool looking ones

At Bija Bijoux on Wellington Street, Ottawa. They have top quality sterling earrings at the cheapest possible price. It is Ottawa's #1 jewellery retail store. Ooops, sorry, they are located only in Canada, sorry USA. OK, try Foxy on-line. Really nice jewellery, even Paris Hilton, Nicole Richer and other stars are wearing their jewellery. Ooops, again a Canadian trendy jewellery store. This is great shopping advice if your a Canadian eh!
You can buy great sterling earings for $5 - $20 dollars Canadian.

Claires. They sell earrings for about 4-6 dollars, and fancier more formal earrings for 6-12 dollars. That's the absolute best place for jewlery!
