It's a really cute blouse. I guess if the weather's cold, it's not bad for a date. On the down side, it's not very flirty. It's also a little plain. Maybe you could fancy it up with a blazer or other accessories.
Whether to wear it will probably be a matter of personal opinion, depending on the kind of message you want to send (and how much skin you want to show).

I'm not a big fan of bows. They make you look like Paris Hilton's dog.
But otherwise, I see nothing wrong with it, other than the outfit altogether seems kind of bland. Purple accessories will brighten it up

Depends on what you are doing on the date. If it's a dinner/movie kind of date, then it's a gorgeous blouse.

It depends on your figure... are you busty or flat? Long or short torso? Long or short legs? Skinny or curvy? I'd say if you're tall, slim and not too busty, it could be cute, but otherwise it might be a little unflattering and make your bust look saggy. Also, if you are curvy, a v-neck will flatter and balance out your hips much more.

if this is a formal date , wear it with a tigh tpencil skirt.. however if this is just a night with a boy , just dress casual and remember the first impression counts but personality counts more than what you wear. i guarantee the guy is more likely to remember how you acted rather then what you wore

It looks nice on jeans, all depends on your "likes" and how does it looks (if u like how it fits on u?), It may also go with a propably a black skirt or pants and can go also on jeans.

that's hot if you have the right shoe's,flirty boots or strappy sandals(heels of course)otherwise you look like your at work.add some fun with accents
