If i give some one my back account money to wire money to it can they possilby take money out of it.
What will they need to be able to access my funds?

That depends on which bank you use. If they have all the information and equipment you use to access your account, then yes they can take money out of it. Whether or not your bank account number is enough I don't know, you'd have to look it up on the bank website or talk to someone. If you have accidentally given away access to your bank account, usually you can change your access information.

They can only put money in, if you only gave them the bank account #. If they have the routing number as well, it is possible they could order checks online, have the checks delivered to their home and start writing checks on your account. It all depends on if you trust the person.

An ID and a bank account number is all you need to draw money.
I'm sure if the person is an expert thief, all they'll need is simply the account number.

People get your bank acct niumber every time tyou write a check. I wouldn't worry--don't give out you pin # obviously. Of course, anyone with enough cyber skills can ID theft you--I avoid that problem by always being broke, then who would want my identity? tee-hee

they would need the routing number as well, most likely. they can't just "take money" out of your account if you didn't authorize it. check your statements, and report it if so, but most likely, no, you will be fine.

yes they may be able to commit fraud on ur account easily with your bank's routing # and ur acct #...if u don't trust the person call ur bank to change ur acct #

NEVER GIVE YOUR BANKING INFORMATION TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU KNOW THEM NO ONE WILL BE WIRING YOU ANYTHING. YOU NEED TO HAVE A ONE WAY ACT FOR THAT.
