what do u do when u go 2 school and see a friend and she mad at u and yesterday everything was fine,u try 2 call her and e-mail her but nothing

I really think that you shouldn't waste your breathe and if she's mad let her talk to you until she's feeling fine. Is you talk to her, then it will make matters worse and she will most likely ruin your day too!

You spend your free time in school and learn punctuation and grammar. Sorry, but that is extremely hard to read.
And as far as your problem... you made an attempt to talk to her and that is all you can do.

1)ask the gudance conculer to call her dowm and then all of yall can talk
2)get a new friend.

When you see her next, say something like....did I say or do something that upset you? I certainly mean to hurt you. Can we talk about it, get past it, and become friends again?

ask a friend to see what's wrong with her or let her cool it for a couple of days. sometimes you just need to leave them alone.
